Firm Foundation offers premier childcare from birth to pre-R in the heart of Pinelands. We pride ourselves in giving your children ‘A Rock Solid Start’ where we nurture, care and facilitate growth and learning, ultimately building a solid foundation for them to flourish.

Our outdoor facilities
We have been blessed with really wonderful facilities. We have eight separate – fully equipped – outdoor playgrounds. Our back garden has four majestic pin oak trees that provide a shady space for the children to play. Our eco-garden is a new, exciting play area that was added in 2021.
Opening times
Monday to Thursday: 07H00 to 17H15
Friday: 07H00 to 17H00
We are closed on public holidays.
We close for one week in July and for three and a half weeks in December.
Our 2025 rates
Half days: R4950 | Full days: R5 900
There is a once off, non refundable booking fee of R2500.
Our annual stationery fee of R350 is due every January.
All our extra murals are included in the fees.
Half-day is until 13H00 for babies and children who do not sleep after lunch. Older children who sleep go home at 14H00.
Extramural activities (see Why Choose Us page) take place in the mornings.
